OUR PROGRAMS
BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS
Parents interested in enrolling their children in the Before and After School Program can download a Request for Enrollment Form (see Forms page) and return to our Registration Department. The form is filed by date of receipt by the Registration Department.
Classes are filled on a first-come/first-serve basis according to the date of enrollment and area of priority at the discretion of the Registrar. Part-time (less than 5 days a week) may be available depending on program status. Parents can register for morning or after school or both.
If the classes are filled when a parent submits a Request for Enrollment form for the current year, the child’s name will be put on a waiting list. As vacancies occur during the year, they are filled from the waiting list, or from new registrations, according to the above procedures.
Commencing in January of each year, we start taking names for the September program. Parents can download a Request for Enrollment form (see Forms page) and return to our Registration Department to be placed on the September list. Parents on the September list will be contacted in mid-spring/summer for registration pending availability. Registration begins for families currently enrolled and then we move on to the September list once all returnees are accounted for.
All forms and post dated cheques are required prior to commencing child care services.
